aimAKU is the patient support group for AKU patients and their families in Italy.
Their aim is to bring patients and their families together, giving them access to experts in the field and the latest information about AKU. They keep Italian patients informed on the latest news, current research and development of potential treatments.
They work closely with the research teams based at the University of Siena, who provide analysis to the data collected in the DevelopAKUre clinical trials.
