Cambridge Half Marathon

28-Feb-2016

Cambridge Half Marathon places have now all been taken! Thank you very much to all of our amazing runners who have signed up to take part! You can meet our runners here and found out about the big day here.

28th February 2016 will see the 5th running of the half marathon in the beautiful historic City of Cambridge, the home of The AKU Society. The route will be a new single lap course, see the map below!

This event sold out in record time, but here at the AKU Society we have exclusive places! We have 10 FREE places up for grabs, with a commitment from you to raise a minimum of £200 to help our mission of supporting patients with AKU.

The 13.1 mile route will take you past the spectacular sights of Cambridge; starting at Victoria Avenue and heading down past The Backs, King’s College, the Market Square and the Round Church, before a glorious finish at Midsummer Common. With the pavements lined with support, this is the perfect event for those trying their hand at half marathons for the first time, and those who are seeking that personal best alike!

We'll be updating the page with training and fundraising tips and will be providing all runners with their very own AKU t-shirt!
